An Art Deco Inlaid Mahogany Occasional Side Table with Magazine (or Record) Magazine Rack, c.1940. This Occasional Table would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid mahogany is finished in a stunning match-book veneer, it shows a drastic grain with an original satin finish. The rounded rectangle top displays a stunning inlaid motif, which offers nice contrast. The slotted rack bottom design is perfect to store and display a collection of magazines, books or vinyl records. Each storage section includes a half round solid mahogany panel, which would support a generous amount of weight. The underside of the Table is unmarked or signed.
