An Art Nouveau Brass Figural Expanding Bookend Holder, c.1930. This Expanding Bookend Holder would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. Each bookend side shows a nicely detailed floral motif, traditional accents and a figural women center. The cast brass is nicely aged, showing a fair amount of patina to the finish. The bookend works off of three sliding rails and expands up to 23″ and would accommodate small to large books. Each Bookend side folds down for storage. The underside of this piece is unsigned or marked.
