Vintage Asian Chinese Black Lacquer Mother of Pearl Scenery Motif Cabinet

This Vintage Asian Black Lacquer piece would be a great display piece for a living room, estate library or office! We always say, adding Asian Black Lacquer into an already furnished estate is a great way to add character, without going over the top! This cabinet is rich in details and was very well made. It’s crafted of solid wood which is painted in a semi gloss black lacquer. Throughout, you’ll find hand painted detailing, as well as mother of peal inlays and accents. One of our favorite features of the piece, is that the inside of every storage door is matched to the outside – Very unique! The top double doors was most likely made to hold a television, as it does not have a back. The bottom shelf storage adds extra storage space for a collection. Each door is embellished with aged brass pulls, they contrast the piece just nicely!

This piece is in nice condition for its age and is very sturdy and heavy in weight. Wear is to be expected, surface scratches to the paint is shown in our photo gallery for reference.
