A Copper Plated Discobolus of Myron Disc Thrower Table Sculpture, c.Mid 20th Century. This Disc Thrower Sculpture would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. This iconic replicated sculpture of Discobolus of Myron is crafted of plaster and is finished in an aged copper plating. The piece is finished in all sides for display and stands on a nicely sculpted base. The backside of the base is marked “Disc Thrower” with a series of letters.
Condition:
A Crack in the copper plating is shown along the leg of the sculpture. This crack is in the outer copper plate only, not the interior. We’ve circled this area in our photo gallery to reference.
