A French Rococo Ornate Gold Table Top Picture Frame, United States, c.1960. This frame is absolutely stunning, it adds character to any piece its displayed on. The cast brass frame shows a handsome foliage motif accompanied by two Cherub heads. The frame accommodates an oval 4″ x 5.5″ photograph, you’d likely cut the photo to size. The front glass appears to be original and shows only mild surface scratches. The photo included is an antique photograph. The backside of the frame includes an adjustable back rest along with a series of numbers “2311”, this was likely the cast number.
