Exceptionally detailed in craftsmanship and quality, this Louis XV Style Bombe Commode is the perfect conversation starter! Often, these pieces were refereed to as “Antique Reproductions” – This is a 20th Century piece. The Marquetry wood veneer is heavily detailed and displays drastic tones in natural lighting. You will find repairs along with chipped areas of veneer, which we circled in our photos for reference. The Evergreen marble top is stunning and contrasts the Marquetry just perfectly, the marble does lift off the piece for transport. Throughout you’ll enjoy brass ormolu mounts and drawer pulls. This piece offers a nice amount of storage space with 3 large stacked drawers, all of which open and close as they should.
