Vintage Large Italian Lucky Elephant Resin Statue on Black Lacquer Base

This Lucky Elephant Desktop Statue was crafted in Italy during the 1980’s. This piece is exceptionally heavy and made of solid resin, it’s very well made. The elephant is made to mimic the look of ivory with a slight yellowed hue. The elephant is shown in the trunk up position, which many refer to as a “lucky elephant”. The elephant stands on a wooden slab base, which displays a stunning black lacquer finish, this contrasts off the elephant’s color nicely. This would make a great center piece, shelf top display or office desk embellishment. The elephant is missing its tusks, we’re unsure what the tusks on this piece would have been made out of. You’ll notice mild scuffs to the resin, but nothing major – No cracks or chips. The underside is labeled “Made in Italy”.
