This Pair of Lucky Boy & Girl Opium Pillows were crafted in China during the Mid 20th Century. This pair is exceptional and possibly nicest of its kind. Each Opium Pillow is crafted of ceramic with a high gloss porcelain glaze. They’re hand painted throughout, displaying vibrant colors, which contrasts great off one another. Some may refer to these as regular statues, although in Asia these would be displayed on the floor, as a head rest after smoking opium. These would be stunning on display of a desk top or on top of a shelf – or maybe your head needs a rest! You wont find any cracks or chips, each is in nice condition with mild wear from age shown.
