This Early 20th Century Farmhouse Dresser would compliment any estate furnished with antique pieces just great! This piece was crafted of solid oak, with a drastic tiger oak grain throughout. This dresser offers storage at its best with a large “bonnet” middle door, 4 small stacked accessory drawers and 3 large stacked bottom drawers. All drawers and the bonnet door open and close as they should, and shows signs of early American woodworking techniques. The bonnet door front features a stunning carved floral motif, which truly adds a sense of character to the piece. This piece was most likely refinished at some point in the pieces life, although it was not done recently. The finish is in really great shape, and shows very minimal wear for its age. The hardware to the piece is not the original hardware. Although the pulls are vintage, they do not date as early as the actual piece. This piece is extremely solid and sturdy, ready to last another 100+ years!
